Dragon’s Way Qigong®️ is a comprehensive wellness program that brings the body back to balance. It emphasizes Qigong practice and includes healthy eating and lifestyle guidance. This program is based on the ancient system of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), one of the oldest holistic medical systems in the world.
When the body-mind-spirit is in a balanced state, there is a vibrancy and a sense of emotional balance. The body is able to perform all its tasks without effort.

Dragon’s Way Qigong®️ embraces the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself. All healing happens on the Qi level. Qi is life force that animates your entire being. When Qi is flowing freely, the body is able to adjust itself without side effects. Then there is a sense of balance and freedom!

Learn TEN select Qigong movements. These ancient energy movements are the cornerstone of this program’s success. When practiced regularly they have the ability the "clean up" the body and increase energy (Qi). They are easy to do, can be practiced by everyone, and require no special clothing.
Follow a specialized Eating for Healing plan. Increase and strengthen your Qi with foods selected to support the body’s need for energetic balance. Additionally, you will learn why your food cravings are important to honor!
Build a relationship with your body. You will learn how to partner with your body and understand why pain, discomfort, mood swings, and food cravings are all deep messages from the body.
Certified Dragon’s Way Instructors have completed hundreds of hours of rigorous training in Chinese medicine principles and have achieved a level of self-cultivation through Qigong practice that allows them to share this ancient wisdom. They are individuals with the passion to inspire others as they too discover a new relationship with health and wellness. With Grand Master Lu’s final approval, each instructor is given permission to share the Dragon’s Way Qigong program in their communities. This training program is offered only under the auspices of the Traditional Chinese Medicine World Foundation and the direct guidance of Grand Master Nan Lu.
