Initial Hypnotherapy Session with Assessment

What is hypnotherapy? Hypnotherapy is the most immediate tool for changing unwanted beliefs and behaviors. Hypnotherapy works by combining hypnosis with precise, outcome-oriented therapy and targeting the subconscious mind through guided imagery.

Hypnotherapy is quite different than traditional therapy. Instead of spending years with a therapist, clients who undergo hypnotherapy will have an efficient, fast, and reliable means of altering unwanted behaviors.

Your first appointment will be longer, more toward 90-120 minutes, consisting of time for discussion, delving into goals, along with your hypnotherapy session. All subsequent sessions will be treatment-based time only that last around 60 minutes.

NLP Session

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) therapy incorporates a variety of techniques such as visualization, or forming a mental image of something the client wants, as well as visual-kinesthetic dissociation, a process by which the therapist guides the client in reliving trauma from the distance of an imaginative, out-of-body experience.

These exercises intended to help improve self-awareness, confidence, behaviors, and beliefs that will assist in achieving relief from stress, poor self-esteem, fears and phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder, weight loss, and more.

The goals of NLP are to help the client understand that the way one views the world affects how one operates in the world, and that it is necessary to change the thoughts and behavior patterns that have not proven beneficial in the past.
